Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of on-the-job experience in carpentry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise carpentry crews on restoration projects
- Perform framing, drywall installation, trim work, painting, and other carpentry tasks as needed
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project workflow
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company and OSHA safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of eight years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on residential or commercial construction
- Proven ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
