Salesfloor Associate

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of specific product categories such as jewelry, electronics, or technology sales is a plus
