The Role:

As a lighting isntallation specialist (aka rockstar technician) for in-field work, you arrive to work excited becauseyour team supports you and your expectations and opportunities are clear. You will feel confidentin completing installations with a team as well as independently, after completing the thoroughtraining process. Artistically illuminating a property benefits your customers and is a unique opportunity for you to support the community.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to work outdoors in the cold winter, the hotsummers, and all weather in between. Someone who enjoys manual labor, getting dirty, andaccomplishing measurable goals. Learning about the proper installation process of landscape lighting is the meat of the job. Following procedures and communicating with the whole team is crucial to the success of this role. Fast learners and people who pick up new things quickly would be ideal. While experience in lighting isn’t necessary, a background in outdoor fieldwork isbessential.

We also offer bonuses for efficient and proper installations as well as generous commission percentages for new projects that you bring in. At this time, we do not offer insurance, however, that is something we will include in the future. You will be treated like family within our tight knit team and feel accomplished and appreciated for your hard work!
