Job Description

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Build and maintain strong patient relationships while performing licensed hygiene procedures.
• Education: Verify and document patient health history, and educate patients about oral hygiene, health, disease, and available procedures.
• Clinical Functions: Perform a range of tasks including diagnostic x-rays, blood pressure recording, prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, and co-assessing restorative treatments with the dentist.
• Treatment: Determine needs and perform sealant placements, Arestin, and fluoride treatments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Dental hygiene certification from an accredited dental hygiene school.
• Licensing: Current hygiene license where employed.
• Compliance: Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control training as required by law.
• Experience: Proficiency with dental software.
