Your Role:
As a Dental Assistant at CarolinasDentist, you will:
- 🦷 Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures by managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
- 🏥 Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and keep the environment clean and organized.
- 📸 X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
- 📚 Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
- 🗃️ Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
- 🧼 Infection Control: Follow strict sterilization and disinfection protocols.
- 📅 Appointment Scheduling: Assist with managing and confirming patient appointments.
- 🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.

- Certification: Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification.
