About Us:

Your Role:

We’re looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:

• 🗂️ Patient Coordination: Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans while scheduling and confirming appointments.
• 💳 Insurance Verification: Handle insurance verification for all clinical appointments.
• 🖥️ Data Management: Enter and review patient information in our dental software, ensuring accuracy.
• 💵 Financial Oversight: Collect payments for services and manage patient accounts.
• 🗓️ Schedule Management: Develop and maintain doctor and hygiene schedules.
• 📈 Growth Support: Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive new patient growth.
• 🙋 Patient Interaction: Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
• Qualities: Energetic, self-driven, and committed to delivering excellent patient experiences.
