Your Role:

As a Front Office staff member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our practice running smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities:

• 📅 Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• 💳 Insurance Verification: Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• 💵 Financial Handling: Collect payments for services and manage accounts receivable, including billing statements and collections.
• 🗓️ Scheduling: Develop and maintain doctor and hygiene schedules.
• 👋 Patient Interaction: Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.
• 📚 Patient Education: Educate and consult with patients about treatment plans.
• 📈 Insurance & Finance: File insurance pre-determinations and conduct financial consultations with patients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
• Attributes: Energetic, self-driven, and committed to providing excellent patient experiences.
