Job Type: Full-time (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday) 

Pay: $18.00/hr. to start, based on experience

What You’ll Do: 

  • Client Engagement: Be the friendly, knowledgeable face and voice of American IRA, actively listening to client’s needs and providing tailored service. 
  • Inquiry Resolution: Efficiently and professionally handle client inquiries through phone, email, or in-person, delivering solutions with accuracy and care. 
  • Product Mastery: Become an expert on our products and services, ensuring clients receive clear, concise information that empowers them. 
  • Problem Solver: Tackle client concerns with confidence and creativity, escalating complex issues when needed to guarantee client satisfaction. 
  • Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Salesforce, ensuring consistency and transparency. 

What You Bring: 

  • A high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) 
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. 
  • A knack for problem-solving and strong attention to detail. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with clients across various channels. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, electronic signature programs (DocuSign), and solid computer skills. 
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. 
  • Comfort with phone-based communication—this role is heavily phone-reliant, and phone calls are a critical part of the job. 
  • Excellent competency in reading and writing professional emails and other electronic correspondence.
