Position Overview
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in live events, intuitive knowledge of social media trends and music, and experience in project management and entertainment marketing. This role requires a versatile skill set—from creating compelling graphics and managing marketing strategies to coordinating events and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities
Marketing and Social Media
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for events and venues.
Ensure accuracy in venue information and links, and sign off on final promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts, collaborate with artists for cross-promotions, and research new promotional opportunities.
Coordinate media buying and maintain budgets for marketing efforts.
Support sponsorship projects through lead generation and proposal crafting.
Prepare and update client websites, marketing plans, summaries, and recaps.
Project and Event Management
Assist in the planning, ticketing, and production of events.
Maintain and update events calendar.
Maintain relationships with managers, agents, marketing partners and contractors.
Communicate key details to venue staff, event teams, agents and promoters to ensure seamless execution.
Represent the company at events (weekends and evenings as needed) and assist with show settlement duties.
Oversee event budgets and handle special projects as needed.
Business Operations
Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, manage expense reports, and assist with general office administration.
Track and manage client invoices, including expense tracking, credit card reconciliation, and reporting.
Maintain and update company spreadsheets, contacts, and organizational document
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the entertainment industry, with a background in record label and live entertainment sectors preferred.
Proven expertise in marketing strategy, social media management, and graphic design, with strong writing skills to create compelling content.
Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, tracking, and invoicing.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Skilled at handling multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.
Requirements
Availability to work weekends and evenings to support events.
Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Suite (especially Slides and Sheets), Photoshop, and Canva.
Strong knowledge of current marketing trends, with the ability to adjust strategies as needed.
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing software, ticketing platforms, and using social media for business.
