Job Overview:
As an Early Childhood Consultant, you will coach and mentor educators, observe children to assess developmental needs, and promote inclusive practices in childcare centers. You will conduct assessments and create support plans using tools like TPOT, TPITOS, ASQ, and SEAM, while collaborating with families and community providers to enhance early education outcomes and reduce expulsions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field approved by the project coordinator.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with children ages 0-5 and working with families, educators, and community service providers.
