Location: Remote, with occasional in-person activities and travel within the United States required
Salary: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience, with generous benefits and opportunity for annual bonus
The employer seeks a highly organized, motivated, and discreet Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership in delivering world-class consulting services to nonprofit organizations worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- This client-facing role is responsible for the high performance schedule and operations of a leading consulting firm and is an integral member of the team.
- Serve as a professional liaison between the firm and its esteemed international clients.
- Provide administrative, scheduling, travel, and expense reconciliation support for senior staff.
- Oversee contracts, invoices, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with external vendors for legal, accounting, and payroll services.
- Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and record-keeping.
- Assist with limited in-person event logistics and execution (within United States).
- Develop and contribute to the efficient function of internal processes and systems.
- Contribute to research, data analysis, and client projects, as needed.
