Eliada Homes in Asheville, NC, is expanding and looking for passionate individuals to help children succeed. We are currently seeking an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional (QP) to join our team.

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Intensive In-Home Therapist, the IIH Qualified Professional (QP) will provide intensive in-home and case management services to students and their families. This role involves behavioral support, individual and family work, and case management for the 12 families assigned to the IIH team.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral Support: Provide behavioral support to students and families within the community and home environment.
  • Coordination: Work with the team lead and other team members to coordinate schedules and provide required visits for each student and family.
  • Implementation: Implement Eliada's Intensive In-Home philosophy/model to teach behavioral and social skills, helping students remain in their home or community-based placement.
  • Case Management: Ensure case management services are provided for each student.
  • PCP Development: Develop and implement the Person-Centered Plan (PCP).
  • Team Meetings: Convene Child and Family Team meetings to coordinate the provision of multiple services and the development and revisions of the PCP.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university is preferred; non-Human Service degrees will be considered. QP status is required. A minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with mental health needs. Must have your own transportation. Mileage stipend each month for the position.
