Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Arden, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $30/hr

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation units.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform routine maintenance, including filter changes, cleaning, and inspections.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Communicate with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and answer questions.

• Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.

• Keep accurate service records and complete work orders efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
