Sheet Metal Operator

Pay: $21.00+ /hr
Shift Change: After 8-12 months, transition to 2nd shift.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Sheet Metal Employee. While prior sheet metal experience is preferred, it's not required. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of sheet metal parts.
Operate various tools and machinery (training provided).
Ensure quality and accuracy of parts.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Be flexible and open to transitioning to 2nd shift in 8-12 months.
Qualifications:

Sheet metal experience preferred but not required.
Manufacturing experience required if no sheet metal experience.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to transition from 1st to 2nd shift as needed.
