Insurance Agent- Non-Licensed or Licensed

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the insurance industry? A well-established insurance agency in South Asheville is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join their team! Not licensed? No problem! They are willing to train the right candidate and support them in obtaining their Property & Casualty license.

The Important Stuff:
Pay: $40K-$55K+ DOE & licensure
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: South Asheville

If you were in this role last week, you would have:
* Answered phone calls and assisted clients with policy questions.
* Conducted policy reviews and renewals.
* Processed bill payments and provided customer support.
* Completed continuing education to stay current in the industry.
* Assisted with quotes and selling insurance policies.
* Built relationships with clients to provide outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:
Required: Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided).
Preferred: Licensed Insurance Agent with experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
