About the Role
We’re hiring self-motivated Business Development Contractors to join our expanding outbound team. In this commission-only, fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for introducing UpTalent’s search and HR solutions to growth-minded businesses and converting interest into opportunity.
This is a high-impact, flexible opportunity — you set your own hours and work at your own pace. The more connections you build, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with decision-makers (hiring managers, HR leaders, executives) via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Communicate the value of UpTalent’s services clearly and confidently
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into client partnerships
- Track outreach activity and follow-ups with CRM tools
- Represent UpTalent with integrity and professionalism
- You’ll be required to list UpTalent Consulting & Search as your current company on LinkedIn to boost response rates and credibility
Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Earn commission on every client you bring in — typical commissions could range from $2,000–$8,000+ per month
- This role is a commission-based position with potential earnings of $60,000 - $150,000 or more per year.
- Part-time or full-time — you decide your schedule
- No cap on earnings

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (who loves the hunt)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and professional outreach
