You'll have access to:

• Optos retinal imaging
  
  
• OCT, Topography, Visual Field testing
  
  
• Lipiscan, OptiLight IPL, OptiPlus RF
  
  
• Myopia management, dry eye therapy, and aesthetics programs
  
  
• A custom-built facility (new in 2025) with room for specialty growth
  
  
• A dedicated support team + modern systems to let you focus on what matters

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• OD degree + NC state license (or eligibility)
  
  
• Minimum 6 months private practice experience
  
  
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and patient care skills
  
  
• Comfort with autonomy and commitment to team goals
  
  
• Start date before December 2025 (relocation to Asheville required)
