About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing Optical Sales & Eyewear Consultant to join our growing, independent optometry practice. In this role, you’ll combine technical precision with strong sales skills and exceptional customer service to guide patients through the eyewear selection process and fulfill their prescription needs with accuracy and style.

Experience Preferred: Optical / Sales & Customer Service
Drive sales by helping patients select eyewear that fits both their prescriptions and personal style
Explain frame and lens options clearly and confidently, with an emphasis on education and value
Provide measurements on every glasses order to ensure precision vision
Process and verify eyewear orders accurately
Perform adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs
Collaborate with optometrists and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain visual merchandising and manage inventory
Sales-driven with excellent communication and listening skills
Detail-oriented with technical aptitude (optical experience is a plus)
Able to work independently, while taking necessary feedback from leadership
Emotionally intelligent and customer-service focused
Friendly, approachable, personable, and professional
Interested in growth, self-development, and team collaboration
