Part‑Time Real Estate Photographer (Weekdays – Western North Carolina)

Downes Media, a fast‑growing photo and media company based in Fletcher, North Carolina, is looking for an experienced real estate photographer to join our team on a part‑time basis. We specialize in high‑end visuals with quick turnarounds and a client‑first approach. What You’ll Need

• Full‑frame camera and lenses suitable for real estate photography.

• Drone & FAA Part 107 certification. To operate drones commercially, the FAA requires a Remote Pilot Certificate, which demonstrates you understand the regulations and operating requirements for safely flying drones.

• Reliable vehicle and availability to travel across Western North Carolina.

• Clean driving and criminal record; a background check will be required.

• Professional demeanor and commitment to meeting deadlines.
