Maintenance Technician – Residential Community

providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are

currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on condos, buildings, and grounds

- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems

- Assist with unit turns and renovations as needed

-Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance

-Respond promptly to service request and emergency calls

-Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area

-Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

-Call vendors as needed

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

-Keep daily log of time and jobs performed. Keep up with work order invoice details

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or similar trade

- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical task as required

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- HVAC certification a plus (but not required)
