What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and more, to assist in construction, grading, excavation, and site prep.
• Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and ready to roll!
• Move materials and assist with site preparation by digging, lifting, and hauling materials to the correct locations—getting the job done safely and efficiently.
• Follow plans and directions to ensure machinery is used effectively, helping the team stay on schedule and within safety standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, perform basic maintenance, and report major mechanical problems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure work progresses smoothly and on time.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for everyone
