Residential Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager to oversee and coordinate residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and team leadership. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines using JobTread and other project management tools.
• Ensure proper project budgeting and resource allocations.
• Oversee project coordination, ensuring all teams are aligned with project goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Maintain effective time management practices to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as JobTread or BuilderTrend.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and site experience.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
