Duties

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

• Engage in retail sales activities to promote insurance products effectively.
• Utilize multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve a diverse clientele.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Property & Casualty license
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Familiarity with insurance policies is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
