As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound service and sales calls. . This role is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends!

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Handling: Manage incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries about products, services, or billing.
  • Sales & Recommendations: Identify customer needs to offer appropriate solutions, upselling products or services where relevant to meet sales targets.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and de-escalate difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and update account information in our CRM database
