The Community Hub Campaign Project Manager is part of the Resource Development team and works directly with the Vice President of Resource Development, President and CEO, board members, and campaign volunteers to plan and implement a successful capital campaign.
This position is tied to the duration of the Community Hub Campaign and is expected to conclude upon the successful close of the campaign possibly in 2028 or beyond. This campaign is about more than bricks and mortar. It’s about building a shared home where nonprofits can work side by side and serve more effectively. It’s also about readiness - creating a space where partners can coordinate quickly when emergencies arise.
Position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of UWABC’s Community Hub Campaign.
This individual serves as both fundraiser and project manager dedicated exclusively to the campaign, managing all solicitation phases—from quiet phase leadership gifts through the public phase—alongside prospect research, committee coordination, event logistics, donor communications, and campaign reporting.
This position is exempt from overtime regulations. This position is based in our office in Asheville, NC for at least 70% of the schedule. After an orientation period and if the work allows, this position may choose to work remotely for up to 30% of the schedule.

Hiring Range and Benefits: $62,500-$78,000 plus full benefits, including paid vacation, sick and personal leave; employer contributions to 401(k), 100% premium coverage for employees and contributions to dependent health, dental, and vision insurance benefits, employer-covered life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, self-care fund, and coaching and support.
