LKN Cheesecakery is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Sales Associates who love providing exceptional customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and love desserts, we’d love to meet you!

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of LKN Cheesecakery, creating memorable experiences for every customer while serving our award-winning desserts.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Learn our products and confidently answer customer questions.
  • Take customer orders accurately using our POS system.
  • Prepare and serve cheesecakes, desserts, beverages, and specialty items.
  • Keep display cases fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of the store.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.
  • Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Weekend and holiday availability required.
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
