LKN Cheesecakery is looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable Prep Station Associates who take pride in food preparation and quality. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, have a positive attitude, and love desserts, we’d love to meet you!

As a Prep Station Associate, you will play a key role behind the scenes, helping prepare the ingredients and products that make LKN Cheesecakery special. Your work ensures every dessert meets our high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cheesecakes, desserts, and specialty items according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, portion, and label products accurately.
• Assist with baking prep, mixing, and assembling dessert components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep station at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Assist with inventory organization and rotation of products.
• Support bakers and kitchen staff during production periods.
• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards before leaving prep area.
• Help maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen during busy production times.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Previous kitchen, bakery, or food service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
